As a Operations Manager you will be responsible for daily operations, lead client projects and ensure that the planned milestones and goals are met. You will plan, document and manage the Agora network rollouts together with clients and partners. You are also responsible for installment projects and ensure that the parcel delivery network works with quality. Daily operations cover responsibilities related to physical Agora networks operations, monitoring, maintenance and required field operations. You are in the front line towards our main partners and customers.
The job responsibilities also cover planning of Agora networks’ operating model from manufacturing to amortization of Agora parcel Kiosks. Finding the right partners, contracting and further development of operating model. The model and whole process need to be documented properly in English for internationalization purposes.
On top of all that, you get to create Agora Finland operations team and support of building of similar operating model to other Nordic countries.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a goal-oriented, entrepreneurial project expert with strong collaboration skills and customer expertise. We are seeking for good interpersonal and team leading skills and both ability to understand the bigger picture but pay attention to details as well.
A successful candidate may have the following experience and competences:
5 – 10 years working experience possible from e.g. construction industry, facility manage-ment, project delivery type of businesses, logistics industry, etc.
Supply chain management, field service and maintenance, operations management knowledge
- Education, preferably in a technical field: engineering/polytechnical college/vocational degree.
The role requires fluent written and oral knowledge of Finnish and English. Other language skills are considered an advantage.
