We are looking for a Technology Account Lead to the Accenture Technology unit to drive technology business in key Retail, Consumer Goods and Travel segment client accounts in Finland.

Position

We are looking for a Technology Account Lead to the Accenture Technology unit to drive technology business in key Retail, Consumer Goods and Travel segment client accounts in Finland. You should have 5-10 years experience of working in these segments in technology sales advisory, senior account manager or similar roles. Deep technical knowledge is not a must, but you should have work experience of Microsoft Technologies, SAP, Salesforce, SaaS, Cloud, Anaytics or AI engagements.

Key responsibilities

Drive client value creation

  • Understand the client’s business, priorities and leadership agenda
  • Co-create with the client, articulate transformation and drive innovation agenda for the client
  • Align the right teams or capabilities to enable (sell and deliver) successful transformation/innovation agenda

Build and nourish long-standing, trust-based relationships

  • Establish self as a trusted advisor with the client senior technology leadership through an in-depth understanding of the client as well as industry
  • Build networks at Accenture to be able to bring the best of Accenture to the client

Grow the business/account

  • Drive technology sales, revenue and profitability
  • Help originate deals based on defined commercial pathways; drive innovative deal construct and solutioning to grow business
  • Delivery ownership and excellence on selected technology engagements

Who are we looking for:

  • Passion and drive to sell and lead technology projects in Finnish key accounts in Retail, Consumer Goods and Travel segment
  • 5-10 years experience in technology consulting, sales and senior account management
  • Analytical mindset and excellent problem solving skills
  • Great leadership and communication skills in Finnish and English.
  • Existing networks within Retail, Consumer Goods or Travel segment clients senior leadership
  • Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to absorb customer business needs and solve problems
